All motion
seeks connection.
I'm Parker. This is Naturalis.
Let's find out what's keeping you from it.
Roots
I grew up in New England, just outside New York City—close enough to feel the speed, pressure, and performance that city life runs on.
Everything changed in 2003, when I entered Wilderness Quest, a 42-day nomadic wilderness therapy program in the Utah desert.

“That experience opened
something ancient in me.”
It began a lifelong relationship with nature, recovery, accountability, and inner direction.
I later continued my recovery journey at Prescott House in Arizona, returned to the wilderness as a Senior Field Instructor, and eventually became a therapist working with adolescents, adults, families, and systems in forests, deserts, offices, schools, and Zoom rooms.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 11 years in television and film—a world that taught me about identity, performance, humor, and the masks people wear.
Naturalis comes from all of it: wilderness lineage, recovery arcs, media experience, clinical training, humor, intuition, and the belief that healing is relational, embodied, ecological, and always in motion.
New England is the soil I grew from.
These are my roots.
NATURALIS
The ethos behind the work.
We are not separate from nature.
We never were.
The anxiety, disconnection, and dysregulation of modern life are not personal failures — they are ecological ones.
We are organisms removed from the very environment that shaped us, and we are feeling the cost of that departure in our bodies, our relationships, and our sense of meaning.
Naturalis is a space to find your way back.
THE FOURTH LAW OF MOTION:
All motion seeks connection.
Connection to self.
Connection to others.
Connection to land, place, body, breath, meaning, purpose.
When something moves within us—anxiety, grief, curiosity, longing, fear, awakening—it is seeking relationship, not isolation.
THE TENETS:
All motion seeks connection.
Healing happens in context.
The body knows before the mind does.
Nature is not a backdrop. It is a participant.
You are not broken. You are displaced.
NATURE-BASED THERAPY
Healing doesn't always happen in a room.
Humans evolved in relationship with the natural world — not apart from it. Nature-based therapy brings the work outside, where the nervous system can settle, movement can support reflection, and honest conversation can begin.
IT IS A PLACE WHERE MOTION BECOMES MEANING.WHERE CONNECTION BECOMES POSSIBLE.WHERE HEALING BECOMES HUMAN AGAIN.
THE FOURTH LAW OF MOTION:
Healing doesn't always happen in a room.

No homework, no worksheets - just real work in a living context
The natural enviorment isn't a backdrop, It's a participant.
ROOTED IN:
Wilderness lineage
Treatment systems
Film & TV experience
Eco-psychology, attachment & relational theory
Somatic intelligence
Psychedelic & entheogenic wisdom
Relational, grounded support for entheogenic experiences — before, during, and after the shift.
Psychedelic and entheogenic experiences can open powerful interior landscapes — emotional, somatic, spiritual, and relational. But the experience itself is only one piece of the work. The before and after matter just as much, and often more.
Preparation and integration are where meaning is made, where insights become embodied, and where the nervous system learns how to hold what was revealed. My work honors that rhythm: not chasing peak states, but helping you understand and integrate what those states are pointing toward.
PREPARATION
Clarify intentions, explore readiness, and build the foundation for a safe, meaningful journey.
INTEGRATION
Make meaning, process insights, and embody what wants to take root in your life.
DIFFICULT EXPERIENCES
Compassionate support for challenging, overwhelming, or destabilizing experiences.
I've completed the CIIS Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies & Research Certificate and the Psychedelics Today Vital Training. My work is therapeutic, educational, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in years of nature-based clinical work.
I do not provide substances or facilitate illegal psychedelic use. My work is strictly therapeutic, educational, and relational.
Therapeutic Consulting
Most consultants have one vantage point. Here are mine.
I've moved through the therapeutic world from every direction: wilderness therapy student, field instructor, clinician, family therapist, and participant in all-male residential treatment.
I understand the culture inside these systems — the strengths, the gaps, the blind spots, and the real human needs behind the protocols. That range of experience is the consulting offer.
